As a full-service Destination Management company, Incentives Hawaii is organized to efficiently plan and coordinate all aspects of your corporate travel program.  Consistent communication in the planning process means creating a program that meets your company's specific needs, and our experienced staff ensures a smoothly run experience.

Once your program is created, a Tour Manager and Coordinator are assigned to cater to your group's needs. They are responsible for day-to-day operations, and maintain constant contact with your airline, hotel, transportation service and activities to keep everyone up-to-date. Our Travel Directors are well trained, professional and always courteous, and will supplement the Tour Manager and Coordinator during your stay.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer a wide range of services specifically tailored to the Hawaii market:

Ground Services: Airport assistance, baggage handling, and transportation can all be provided to make your guests' experiences hassle-free.

Hotel Accommodations: Our long relationship with major Hawaii hotels gives you access to great contract rates, generous room blocks and meeting and function space.

Themed Events: From murder mysteries to Hawaiian luaus, casino nights to a 50s sock hop; themed events can give your program a fun and memorable evening.

Hospitality: We're fully equipped to provide airport greetings, photography, VIP services, locally-sourced gifts, dine arounds, orientations, hospitality desks and a wide variety of entertainment.
