Ground Services

Once in Hawaii, our travel staff will make your stay as carefree as possible. Our Ground Services remove the stresses of group travel, allowing you to enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer.

Airport Assistance: Our Travel Directors will greet and assist every arriving passenger from your group at the airport gate in Hawaii. Signage will identify your group, which will then be lead to baggage claim or a connecting flight.

Baggage Handling: Once your group's luggage has been visually checked, our baggage handlers expedite all luggage to your hotel in a separate vehicle. If a claim needs to be made, our Travel Directors will be there to help.

Transportation: Incentives Hawaii provides all means of transportation for your group's airport transfers. Our transportation company, Roberts Hawaii maintains a large, modern fleet of coaches that allows us to provide the appropriate transportation for each occasion.
